Industrial Maintenance Training

When you attend an AIT industrial Maintenance seminar you will quickly notice what we mean by a “hands-on course.” Participants will do more than pass around components; they design, build, test, and troubleshoot industrial technology that has a direct application to industrial processes. AIT’s commitment is to provide the best courses using the best training equipment available. Our training immediately reinforces the course material by having the students demonstrate their new knowledge on industrial grade training equipment.

We have intentionally left plenty of space in the workbooks for the industrial training courses we offer. This allows your technicians to have room for plenty of notes to use in their every day work experiences. Participants should come to our industrial maintenance training courses prepared to get their hands dirty

Safety Compliance Training

If your company is like most others, it has certain goals that it wants to achieve in safety, such as heightening safety awareness and increasing your bottom line. AIT can develop and implement a comprehensive safety program from written safety plans to OSHA compliance training. Having a formal program with required documentation will help define and direct your safety effort. The result will likely be fewer worker injuries and illnesses; safer more effective work methods; reduced workers’ compensation costs; and increased worker productivity.

Additionally, everyone who completes an AIT safety compliance course will be entered into the AIT training tracking system and awarded a means of training evidence in the form of a compliance card or certificate. The AIT training tracking system serves as a valuable tool to store and manage required OSHA documentation and alert employers about changing regulations and training expiration.

AIT Onsite Benefits

Self-Study Courses

Learn skills at your own pace, on your own schedule

Self-study courses are designed around the needs of those who cannot find the time to attend one of our instructor led courses. Self-study kits offer the employee and employer a more flexible training schedule. Participants will follow the text material and apply concepts through review questions and scenarios. In most cases participants can elect to include supplemental hands-on training equipment. Once the student has gained the knowledge from this self-paced program they will demonstrate their competence by completing a final exercise. As with all of our instructor led courses, our self-study programs are developed to comply with the latest OSHA standards and the needs of industry.
